Books from Mr.Bhagat

The 3 Mistakes of my Life is the third novel written by Chetan Bhagat.

I think Introduction of Chetan Bhagat is not required...

The book did go pretty much on the over-board side, especially in the ending.
Seriously speaking, it did feel like a wonderful plot to a hindi movie.
Several one-liners.
Few of them:
-when women ask u for your choice, they already have a choice in mind. And if u want to maintain sanity, you'd better choose the same.

-God always plans everything for u & u get it when it's due...

It's a story of three young friends and is based in the city of Ahmedabad.
The plot is pretty simple, 3 average students, Govind, Ish and Omi having a hard time living.
In middle come an entire big hoard of people, problems and pressures. Its about how they react, solve and live with those problems.
Mr. Chetan had tried to note down the ups and downs faced by those 3 young lower middle-class friends.

After reading the book, I thought it had just one major objective. Making the Indian youth alert and aware of some of the biggest problems that plague its society.

But out of all the 3 books of Mr. bhagat 'Five point someone' is the best.

'Eleven Minutes'

Eleven Minutes
A Novel ....By Paulo Coelho

I read the book quite sometime back, but since I am in a mood to
write blog, have picked up this one.

The author takes the reader through the life journey of the heroine’s (Maria, a young girl from a Brazilian village) quest for the ideal man.
She is cheated at a tender age, but does not lose heart.

In Geneva where she dreams of finding fame and fortune(in the pursuit of becoming a samba dancer). Instead, she ends up working as a prostitute.
She becomes a prostitute by choice, and not for a minute does she wallow in self pity.
To her, it is a job like any other with its ups and downs.
But In her journey when she meets a handsome young painter her life changes.
As the book ends one is left with a happy feeling of the success of a young girl who at the age of 25-26, has gone through a complete shades of life from being a daughter, a sister, a friend, a
lover, a prostitute and a wife.

Note: Maria...goes through the worst that one canthink of, but never even once does she let her life or the incidents take control of her… she takes control of whatever happens to her.

Frankly speaking when I read name of the book (Who will cry when you Die). I thought for 2 mins and I asked the same quetion to myself....
Since then the book was on my mind and because reading is one of the
most interesting activity for me so I read this book.

This is book is about self-study....
my opinion is if you want to enjoy the life...not just to spend it..then you must follow few tips
from this book...or
I would like to correct my statement....If a person is enjoying his/her life....he/she is already following few tips which are mentioned in this book.

It tells so much about life that if we start following the trics,
many people will remember u even after death.
The example chosen are realy good and motivating

I would like to mension few of the good thought from book.
'Get Good at Asking': The person who asks for what he wants at least has a chance of getting what he wants. The person who does not ask has no chance....

'You can not have all tht u want if u remain the person u r.to get more from life,
u need to be more in life.'

'The master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his
play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his information & his
recreation, his life and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply
pursues his vision of excellence at whatever he does, leaving others to decide
whether he is working or playing.to him he is always doing both.'

Few thoughts:
We can live our lives in happiness only when we acknoledge our
difficulties and failures and try to overcome them with our strength
of character.
I was born with relateives, but at least I can choose my friends!
